You’ll find Rice Village nestled between Houston’s West University neighborhood and the Medical Center, and adjacent to Rice University. With convenient access from Houston’s U.S. 59 highway, Rice Village is a destination that’s easy to find from anywhere.
By bike, by bus, by car or by foot, there are so many ways you can get to Rice Village! We have launched a paid parking program which will allow guests to have convenient access to their favorite store by way of meters, and if you are looking to shop, dine and stay for an extended period of time, you are welcome to park in our centrally located garage or roof top parking deck.
Houston BCycle is the city’s bike share program, and Rice Village has three stations for you to take advantage of! The BCycle stations can be found at the corner of Kelvin & Amherst, Kelvin & Dunstan, and Morningside & Shakespeare.
How does bike share work? Simply grab a BCycle from any one of Houston BCycle’s stations (they’re all across the city), ride it, and return it to any station.
Single-Use Passes can be purchased by credit card at any station and cost $3 per 30 minutes. Memberships start at $9/month and get you unlimited hour-long rides.
